We are a leading logistics and customs clearance company specializing in *cross-border transportation to Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan. We're looking for a **Sales Support Executive* to drive new business growth.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

* Conduct daily visits to assigned client locations.

* Act as a single point of contact for clients for service-related coordination.

* Understand client expectations and ensure consistent service delivery.

* Maintain client trust through regular communication and follow-ups.

* Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.

* Prepare visit reports and update client records regularly.

* Generate and convert leads for cross-border logistics and CHA services

* Build relationships with exporters, importers & manufacturers

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

* Professional service provider for our regular client database end to end follow up

* Daily Calls with respective clients & maintain relation for the long continuity business.

* Client office daily visit, Field Visit Job only

* Daily Client office visit as a relationship officer

* Maintain good repo with individual client as a relationship officer.

* Maintain a good relationship, prioritize communication, trust, respect, and support.

* Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

* Experience in sales support or client relationship servicing preferred.

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding/CHA

* Understanding of export-import procedures and documentation

* A good relationship field officer, prioritize communication, trust, respect, and support.

* Excellent communication and end to end follow-up skills

* Sales support, daily relationship maintain visit at client office & Coordinator end to end follow-up

* Self-driven

* Age 40 Max
