POSITION INFORMATION

Sales Strategist with strong Salesforce experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Salesforce CRM for the sales team.
  • Analyse sales data and create actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Track pipeline movement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Develop sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Support sales planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and regular CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or CRM roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
