Sales Strategy Manager

Role Summary

The role supports the TOP Management in driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and enabling business growth. The role involves strategic planning, business analysis, stakeholder management, and market research to support organisation-wide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CXOs in central strategic planning and execution.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders on new initiatives and ongoing strategic projects.
• Conduct business analysis and support Business Process Re-engineering (BPRG) activities.
• Research and develop business plans, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Perform competitor mapping, benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and strategic dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
