Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to support our sales team by

conducting site surveys, developing Bills of Quantity (BOQ), coordinating pricing, preparing

tender submissions, and providing pre-sales support. This role is pivotal in bridging technical

requirements with commercial proposals, ensuring competitive bids and customer satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities

● Site Surveys

● - Conduct detailed site surveys at client locations to capture technical and commercial

requirements.

● - Prepare site visit reports highlighting scope, risks, and opportunities.

● BOQ Development

● - Translate site survey findings into accurate and comprehensive BOQs.

● - Ensure alignment of BOQ with client requirements and company standards.

● Pricing & Coordination

● - Work closely with procurement, finance, and project teams to obtain pricing inputs.

● - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of competitive quotes.

● - Support preparation of cost sheets and margin analysis.

● Tendering & Documentation

● - Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, RFQs, and RFP responses.

● - Ensure compliance with client specifications and timelines.

● - Maintain an organized repository of tender submissions and related documents.

● Sales Support

● - Assist the sales team with technical clarifications during client discussions.

● - Provide inputs for proposals and presentations.

● Follow up on submitted tenders and coordinate responses to client queries.


Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Electronics).

- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, pre-sales, tendering, or related role (preferably in

structured cabling, ICT, or infrastructure services).

- Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to prepare cost estimates and BOQs.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel for site surveys and client meetings.
