Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining and managing customer relationships, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, communicating with internal teams to support sales operations, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and achieve targets Ability to participate in and contribute to Training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field Familiarity with logistics or shipping industries is a plus
