Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role based in Dwarka. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include conducting client consultations, advising on services, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with internal teams and participating in training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address their needs.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Ability to conduct and participate in Training to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a client-focused approach, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the finance or investment recovery industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
