Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Varanasi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include customer service, training clients on products, and managing sales activities to meet and exceed targets. The role requires working closely with the team to develop sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide Training to clients and team members Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work onsite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies
