Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in back-office sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare techno-commercial offers based on client or field team inputs.
Create and execute sales orders and clients' purchase orders promptly.
Collect payments from clients and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, dispatch, and service teams to execute sales and services orders.
Understand relevant technical information and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Utilize various software tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, and MS Team.
