Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in back-office sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers based on client or field team inputs.
  • Create and execute sales orders and clients' purchase orders promptly.
  • Collect payments from clients and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Coordinate with purchase, accounts, dispatch, and service teams to execute sales and services orders.
  • Understand relevant technical information and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Utilize various software tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, and MS Team.
