Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales by engaging with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, providing product training, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while achieving sales targets and fostering business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage accounts, and meet or exceed targets
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients or team members to promote product understanding and usage
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and a focus on goal achievement
  • Prior experience in a sales role or a related field is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred
