Role Description The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth welcoming in- departure process for guests. He/She truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and it involves handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, welcoming in & departure, and complete audit procedures, as required. 3. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally. 4. Maintain accurate records of guest information. 5. Ensure that the CEM/Sales is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments. 6. Handle reservations, it's confirmations & cancellations via phone, email, or in-person inquiries. 7. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times 8. Ensure the front desk is clean, organised and stocked with necessary supplies. 9.
