Role Description


The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth welcoming in- departure process for guests. He/She truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and it involves handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.


  1. Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, welcoming in & departure, and complete audit procedures, as

required.

3. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Maintain accurate records of guest information.

5. Ensure that the CEM/Sales is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments.

6. Handle reservations, it's confirmations & cancellations via phone, email, or in-person inquiries.

7. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times

8. Ensure the front desk is clean, organised and stocked with necessary supplies.

9. Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property

management systems

10. Follow company brand standards

11. Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.


Qualification & Skill Set

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years from a luxury hotel environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: With the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  4. Strong leadership and team management abilities: With a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
  5. Exceptional guest service orientation: With a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
  7. Proficiency in property management software and reservation systems.
  8. Strong time management skills. very good as a team player & in coordination.
  9. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
