Role Overview

We are hiring smart, confident, ethical sales professionals to join our high-growth ROS (Recovery of Shares) vertical. As a Business Development Associate, you will engage with inbound & outreach leads, understand their recovery requirements, explain recovery processes, and guide them toward closure using a consultative and trust-based selling approach. This is not typical call-centre tele-sales — it is a high-value, advisory-driven sales role requiring maturity, patience, and client-centric communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach & Consultation
  • Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
  • Explain Expertvuw’s Share Recovery & IEPF claim processes clearly and professionally.
  • Build trust with clients by addressing queries, objections, and concerns.
  • Lead Qualification & Case Scoping
  • Identify eligible recovery cases after basic verification.
  • Coordinate with internal CS/Legal/Ops teams for client-specific details or feasibility checks.
  • Sales Pipeline Management
  • Maintain all lead updates, follow-ups, status changes, and documentation inside CRM (Zoho).
  • Ensure disciplined follow-ups until conversion.
  • Target Achievement & Reporting
  • Work towards monthly revenue & closure targets.
  • Share daily/weekly performance updates with the Team Lead/Manager.
  • Client Relationship Building
  • Maintain a strong rapport with clients through transparent communication.
  • Educate clients about timelines, documents, and next steps.


Ideal Candidate Profile (Who Should Apply?)

Experience Background

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development / Teleconsultation.
  • Preferred industries: Financial Services, Insurance, Investment Advisory, Fintech, Legal Services, Consulting, EdTech, BFSI.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication in Hindi + workable English.
  • Strong consultative selling ability (not pushy/pitch-based).
  • High follow-up discipline and closure ownership.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Good understanding of KYC, finance basics, or legal processes (preferred, not mandatory).

  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ethical, mature, and trustworthy communicator.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to a niche domain.
  • Team player with a performance mindset.
  • Other Requirements
  • Immediate/quick joiner preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with an in-office role (Dwarka).
