Sales Service Representative to start our Real Estate Agent journey.

Compulsory Requirements: Minimum 3 Years Experience

Salary Structure:

Rs. 20,000 per month in hand for the initial 6 months

Rs. 25,000 per month after the initial 6 months

Bonus

Rs 2,500 onboarding bonus for each new Real Estate Agent

Rs 7,500 additional bonus for each new Real Estate Agent with their first completed real estate transaction

The Sales Service Representative will have a proven sales record, excellent organisation skills, be responsible for driving sales activities and an ambassador of exceptional client service.

About You

Previous customer service experience is preferred with a high standard of presentation, interpersonal skills and grooming. You will be a team player and present our company, services and brands. You will possess strong communication skills. You will be able to quickly adapt to an new market environment whilst maintaining professionalism and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will be passionate and self driven in your Sales Service Representative position to reach the market and onboard new Real Estate Agents.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on speed, creativity, and iteration. You will need consistency for lead generation, email marketing and strong editing instincts, an eye for useful additional topics, emotions and values, and the ability to produce high-quality outputs quickly and consistently.

We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds - agency, in-house, freelance, or elsewhere - as long as you bring creativity, drive, and proven experience that drive engagement and performance.

We’re looking for a sales service representative who knows how to generate and qualify leads like a pro, and consistent in email marketing and creating email marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

● Outbound Emails and follow up Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound emails to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

● Qualify leads and accurately logging in the CRM system.

● Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules, no-shows, and cancellations.

● KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs, including email and follow up call volume and booked appointments.
