Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Representative based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and fostering customer relationships, addressing inquiries, promoting products, and supporting sales processes. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating sales reports, coordinating with internal departments for service requests, and upholding high standards of client satisfaction. Regular communication, follow-ups, and business development activities will be key to success in this role. Qualifications Proven expertise in customer relationship management and effective communication to interact with clients professionally. Knowledge of the manufacturing or engineering industry, preferably in gas generation and processing equipment. Sales acumen and negotiation skills to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Analytical skills to prepare comprehensive sales reports and monitor key metrics. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask, work collaboratively within teams, and manage client interactions effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Sales or account management experience is highly desirable.
