We’re looking for a sales and lead generation representative who knows how to generate and qualify leads like a pro, and consistent in email marketing.


Sales and Lead Generation job profile

Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The Lead Generation Specialist must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Writing and speaking English is expected.

Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines


Lead Generation requirements and qualifications:

Experience in lead generation and sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field

Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales

Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions


● Generate and Qualify leads and accurately logging in the CRM system.

● Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up lead generation.

● KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs, including email and follow up call volume and booked appointments.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

● Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.

● A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
