We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Representative to join our start up.

We are passionate about building long-term brand equity and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

As a Business Development Representative you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key support for our Sales team. You'll play a central role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and friendly communication across phone, email, web, and social media channels.

From answering service and product questions and processing orders to resolving issues and coordinating with other teams, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. You'll be focused on making each customer experience a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries around service and product availability, deliveries, and general information in a timely and helpful manner.
• Accurately process customer orders and ensure all details are handled with attention and care.
• Develop strong knowledge of our service and product range, promotions, and new launches to confidently support and advise customers.
• Navigate and utilise CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and logistics/order management systems efficiently.
• Investigate and process customer claims with thoroughness and efficiency.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (especially Salesforce), Shopify and Printful is highly valued. Familiarity with order management systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a logical, customer-focused approach.
• Positive and solutions-focused mindset.

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals for a 100% remote role to support content development, research, data organisation, and digital workflows. This role involves contributing to writing, editing, and research tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Write, edit, and proofread engaging and accurate content across various platforms.

Conduct thorough research to enhance content quality and relevance.

Organise, review, and maintain data and documentation with attention to detail.

Assist with project tasks, including content creation, data analysis, and digital coordination.

Collaborate with teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand voice.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Flexible and adaptable to various work arrangements (internship, part-time, full-time).

Previous experience or education in writing, communications, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
