Research new email marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Mailmodo). Proficiency in segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign analytics. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent written and communication skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.). Familiarity with Google Analytics or other tracking tools.
