Responsibilities Develop a good understanding of Japanese university admission procedure and ability to guide students for application to the same Responsible for representing Education Japan services to key Schools/ University senior administration and in student sessions Coordinate with Schools/ Universities across India to schedule or participate in online and offline events (webinars) that advocate students for career counselling and bring study abroad opportunities to them Responsible for maintaining and updating logs of all prospective student connects established and counselling opportunities created Responsible for follow up connects with the prospective student leads generated by the Business Development Lead Answer to student queries during the application period (through e-mail and calls in office hrs as well as beyond office hours) Responsible for attending to school events/ fairs across Delhi/ NCR and India on demand Responsible for administrative roles as and when they arrive in Education Japan including setting up counselling connects with Counselling staff Responsible for being present in person in office from 8:30AM to 5:30PM and being available in off-office hrs for taking follow up calls from students and management Responsible for training new joinees and other region growth Office representatives about Education Japan mission, services, approach and value proposition Required Skills and Experience Dynamic personality with an inclination to contribute to the growth of the company Smart and fluent in verbal and written communication. Should be able to communicate with senior representatives in schools/ colleges and present Education Japan services to an audience Travel ready within Delhi/ NCR and India on demand Proficient in creating decks and working on Microsoft Office suites Self-driven person: Ability to work effectively in a small setup with minimal support requirement Desired: Prior Experience of working in an Admissions related role or as a student counsellor with a reputed school/organisation or experience in Ed-tech/ Education Sector Graduate from any discipline Only people ready to work full time from Education Japan office in Noida and open to work in a rigorous startup environment need apply Salary – Best in the Industry Why Education Japan?
