Our services include application assistance, scholarship guidance, and visa support, ensuring a smooth transition to studying in Japan.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counsellor, located in Noida. The Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students and parents, assisting with the application process, and offering guidance on scholarships and visas. Additional responsibilities include conducting workshops, engaging with students through social media, and offering insights into Japanese culture and the education system.


Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting & Admissions: Assist students and parents through the university

application process, providing personalized guidance, answering queries, and

ensuring seamless communication.

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Engage with potential students,

convert leads, and help grow Education Japan’s presence through proactive

outreach.

• Meetings & Documentation: Organize and attend meetings, providing detailed

records including Minutes of Meetings (MoM).

• Educational Sessions: Conduct informative sessions at schools and educational

institutions in Delhi NCR and beyond to promote studying in Japan.

• Research & Resources: Conduct research on Japanese universities and courses

to build a comprehensive database of student FAQs.

• University Fairs & Outreach: Represent Education Japan at university fairs and

educational events to build relationships and generate leads.


Skills & Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and provide clear, concise

information.

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience in sales, inside sales, and lead conversion is an advantage.

• Ability to manage daily reports, client communications, and detailed records.

• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for education.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1-2 years of work experience in education consulting or a related

field.

• Ability to relocate and work from Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
