Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in Noida. The role involves developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and optimizing social media performance. The Social Media Marketing Manager will also work closely with the communication and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and content strategy skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing
• Ability to create engaging and creative content
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize social media performance
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field

Requirements:

· Based in or willing to relocate to Noida

· Comfortable with cross-functional teamwork

Compensation

Between 4-8 lacs P.A + performance based incentives
