Student Admissions Representative

We’re looking for a Student Admissions & Counselling Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Noida. If you’re detail-oriented, responsible, and a great communicator — this role is for you!

• Call and follow up with leads from YouTube, website inquiries, and school fairs

• Schedule student assessments and coordinate payment collection

• Maintain and track lead communication records

• Conduct basic student assessments (online/in-person)

• Prepare detailed assessment reports and summary one-pagers

• Share reports with students and counselling team

• Follow up with students and parents post-assessment

• Shortlist universities based on profiles and preferences

• Research admission processes, eligibility, and document requirements

• Prepare and present information in a concise format

• Assist with document collection, application filling, and enrolment follow-up

• Attend school fairs and events as a representative

• Deliver short presentations to students/parents

• Collect student data and conduct post-event follow-ups

• Book assessments and maintain lead engagement

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• A responsible and self-driven mindset

• Basic familiarity with university application processes is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools

• Bachelor's degree required (any stream)
