Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, conduct interviews, and provide exceptional customer support. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting candidates with program selection, offering personalized guidance, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with the education team and consistent follow-up with candidates will be a key focus to ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates
• Customer Service expertise to address inquiries and support prospective learners
• Sales skills to discuss program benefits and inspire enrollment
• Understanding or experience in Education and learning trends
• Ability to work independently and excel in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in admissions, enrollment, or academic advising is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Education, Communication, or Business
