Rs. 20,000 per month in hand for the initial 6 months

You will be responsible for :

The E-commerce Manager will be solely responsible for the first months to create different product descriptions and mockup images. and prepare the Shopify Shop and following months driving revenue and growth through our Shopify website. This role will focus on day-to-day operations, strategic project management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The E-commerce Manager will be responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, managing orders, and ensuring timely communication between future departments (we are a startup).

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing Shopify stores, optimizing for conversions, and executing strategies that elevate online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Shopify store, ensuring it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic project management, including optimizing the user experience and increasing conversion rates.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of online sales, ensuring continuous growth.
• Collaborate with the future marketing team (we are a startup) to develop and execute strategies for product launches, promotions, and online campaigns.
• Conduct detailed analysis of website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable changes to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Work closely with future content creators (we are a startup) and developers to ensure the website is consistently updated and optimized for both user experience and SEO.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Ideal Profile

• 5-10 years of proven experience in managing and growing Shopify stores, with a strong track record of increasing conversions and sales.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and customer service.
• Expertise in Shopify and Shopify apps, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
• Strong knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) and analytical tool Google Analytics, Adwords to track and optimize website performance.
• Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proven experience in seamlessly integrating a wide range of third-party apps and tools with Shopify to enhance store functionality, including payment gateways, inventory management, analytics, and marketing tools.
• Expertise in customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to tailor the appearance and functionality of the store to meet specific business needs and create a unique, branded experience.
