Job Description

As a Sales Professional in Ranchi with our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our presence in the assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities, both traditional and non-traditional, in the assigned territory. - Developing and executing a territory management plan to maximize sales and market penetration. - Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities, untapped customers, and potential sectors. - Ensuring mapping of the full potential of the territory, tracking sales activities, and customer interactions. You will also be responsible for: - Conducting product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution-based selling. - Maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, customers, and stakeholders. - Supporting and reviewing dealer performance to ensure optimal coverage and increased hit rate. - Providing product and sales process training to dealer sales teams. - Ensuring healthy relationships with channel partners, maintaining proper stock and receivable levels. To succeed in this role, you will need: Qualifications & Experience: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering specializing in Mechanical/Mining (or related field). - 3-5 years of proven experience in Construction/Industrial/Capital Equipment sales. - Strong technical knowledge with customer engagement, negotiation, and solution-selling skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
