Location - Indore, Pune Educational Qualification - B.tech, B.E and any Graduate The Sales & Specification role at VINURA GLASS Business involves being responsible for delivering sales in the assigned territory through a combination of specification and project working, along with channel management. The primary focus is on achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, maintaining a database of projects in the Industrial and Building segments, and converting them into business opportunities. This role also includes mapping and visiting Consultants & Architects to promote VINURA GLASS solutions, delivering technical presentations and support to customers, managing existing channel partners and developing new ones, and participating in market development activities such as schemes and trade shows. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.E/B. Tech degree at the undergraduate level and an MBA at the postgraduate level. They should possess 3-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in specifications work with building architects, HVAC consultants, or industrial consultants. The role also requires achieving collection targets from creditors, expanding business geographically, and driving overall business development initiatives.
