Identify accounts, decision-makers, and key influencers in the infrastructure segment as the target audience for selling Vinura glass products.
Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads - leads could range from small residential/commercial establishments to 5 Star properties/Malls.
Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, supply delivery, result tracking, and troubleshooting. Establish and Build a relationship with key decision-makers - Architects, Interior Designers, Carpenters, Fabricators, Consultants, and End Clients.
Identify sales requirements, generate sales inquiries, and make presentations.
Making suitable proposals based on identified requirements of our products services.
Deliver sustained growth in Sales by achieving targets allocated

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

Salary - based on candidates experience and industry standards Minimum 3 years of experience in the Glass/Building-Material field
Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently.
High EQ Very high ethical standards.
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
Selling skills to engage High-end Construction / Building material products
Ability to work closely with specifying agencies for large Government projects / Consultants / Architects / Fabricators / Contact with general Contractors, Interior Contractors, specialty Sub-Contactors (glaziers, metal fabricators, etc.)
