Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Professionals at Prraniganga.com(sister concern of Nouriture - Anmol Feeds Private Limited )located in NewTown,Kolkata. The Telecalling Professional will be responsible for conducting outbound /inbound calls to promote and sell our livestock feed products, handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal (English,Bengali and Himdi) and written Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Experience in telesales or customer support roles preferred Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of livestock farming or agriculture is a plus.
