Receive inbound calls and handle queries of customers & Clients.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.

Good communication skills in [ e.g., Bengali, Hindi].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Polite and confident telephone manner.
Proactive.
Excellent in sales
Minimum 12th pass or a Graduate.
Prior experience in telesales is mandatory.
