As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales, expanding franchise and retail presence, and achieving sales and expansion targets. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will be key in leading a high-performing sales team and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading B2B sales efforts focused on expanding franchise and retail presence - Identifying, pitching, and onboarding new retailers and franchisees - Driving end-to-end business development, from lead generation to deal closure - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales and expansion targets - Building and managing a high-performing sales team - Monitoring team performance and providing training/coaching as required - Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners while growing new accounts - Conducting regular market visits and competitor analysis - Reporting sales metrics, forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership To be successful in this role, you should have: - 6-10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in retail, apparel, FMCG, or franchising - Proven business development and target achievement track record - Experience in handling franchise/retail expansion - Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills - Self-driven, strategic, and hands-on approach to sales - Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting - Willingness to travel across Gurgaon and nearby territories Joining our team will offer you lucrative performance-based incentives, leadership opportunities in a fast-growing, fashion-forward brand, and a clear growth path to senior sales roles.
