Job Description

  • Track daily patient leads, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure leads are updated in real time.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the sales team.
  • Coordinate between marketing, inside sales, and PRO teams to keep the lead pipeline active.
  • Analyze funnel data to highlight gaps, delays, or missed opportunities.
  • Assist in executing sales initiatives and performance reviews.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM, or business operations (healthcare preferred).
  • Good with Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable reading basic data.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
