Sales Operations Coordinator

In this strategic B2B sales role, you must possess exceptional communication skills, excel in developing business through diverse sales and marketing strategies, and demonstrate a profound understanding of Premium Luxury brands, combined with a passion for sales and customer focus. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with Transporters to secure the best transport rates for the goods from the factory to project sites, conducting Quality Control at vendor factories through physical visits, ensuring Quality Assurance at client project sites to verify materials delivered align with QC standards, and facilitating seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will liaise with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, project updates, and material requirements, manage client interactions, assist the sales team with proposals and presentations, and handle all administrative tasks related to sales coordination, such as reporting, scheduling, and documentation. Additionally, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, supporting marketing efforts by organizing promotional activities, and overseeing prospect databases during trade shows are part of your responsibilities. Key requirements for this role include fluency in Hindi and English, being based in Bangalore, and willingness to travel for factory and site visits.
