Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Facilitator located in Panaji, Goa. The Tour Facilitator will be responsible for leading and coordinating tour groups, engaging with participants through immersive storytelling to enhance their experience, providing cultural and historical insights, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the tours. The Tour Facilitator will also work closely with local communities and vendors to ensure authentic and sustainable travel experiences. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and logistical planning abilities Knowledge of cultural and historical contexts relevant to the tours Proficiency in English language is a must. Fluency is Konkani language would be a great advantage.
