Tour Facilitator

You will be joining Origins And Horizons as a Tour Facilitator in Panaji, Goa. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate tour groups, engaging participants through immersive storytelling to enrich their experience. You will provide cultural and historical insights, address any concerns during tours, and collaborate with local communities and vendors to ensure authentic and sustainable travel experiences. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and knowledge of relevant cultural and historical contexts. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Konkani language would be advantageous. You should be adept at problem-solving, and prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is beneficial. Your flexibility to work weekends and holidays, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, History, or a related field, will be valuable assets in this position.,
