Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panaji, Goa for a Sales Operations Coordinator.

The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient communication across teams, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales initiatives. Tasks include coordinating sales activities, executing tours in tandem with tour facilitators and vendors, tracking sales data, generating reports, and addressing customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in English language is a must. Fluency in Konkani language is a huge plus though not mandatory.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Operations
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Should own or be able to self-arrange a 2-wheeler/ 4-wheeler with a valid driver's license for local commute.

Salary

Rs. 20,000/- plus a fixed % of converted sales per month
