Sales Operations Coordinator

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the field sales team and ensuring smooth daily sales operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating daily sales operations and providing necessary support to the field sales team. - Maintaining and updating sales data, trackers, reports, and dashboards for effective decision-making. - Processing orders, invoices, and quotations in coordination with the sales and accounts team. - Communicating with clients to confirm orders, address queries, and follow up on sales activities. - Monitoring and tracking sales targets, team performance, and generating MIS reports to evaluate progress. - Collaborating with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Assisting in organizing sales meetings, promotional activities, and product launches to drive sales growth. - Managing CRM tools and ensuring the customer database is accurately maintained. - Resolving operational and customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or operations.
