Position :- Sales Operations Coordinator (Immediate Joiner)
Location : Sanaswadi, Pune-412208
Pay: ₹45,000/- - ₹50,000/- per month
Job description:
1. Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and documentation.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track and follow up on sales inquiries, leads, and customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems.
2. Reporting & Analysis
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities.
3. Process & Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and approval processes.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy across all sales platforms and tools.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales process improvements.
4. Communication & Coordination
Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams and the sales department.
Liaise with customers for order updates, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and support sales reviews.
