Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Bangalore, India

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and highly organized Sales Coordinator with exceptional communication skills to support our sales team and top management. The ideal candidate will have the confidence to engage with clients and vendors at all levels, the ability to set up CXO-level appointments with key designers and architects globally, and experience in lead generation and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, and industry platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate CXO-level meetings for top management with leading designers, architects, and decision-makers worldwide.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Act as the point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, project updates, and material requirements.
  • Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to sales coordination, including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Support marketing efforts by organizing promotional activities and maintaining prospect databases.
  • Undertake all other required administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Design or Architecture background preferred, but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or client servicing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with senior-level professionals globally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
