About the Role:
Sprinpak Manufacturing LLP is looking for an energetic and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support us in client communication, lead generation, and order coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, or from B2B portals like IndiaMart and Alibaba
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and prepare quotations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
• Work closely with production, prepress, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and order status.
• Prepare and update sales reports and support documentation.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, lead generation, or client servicing (preferably in packaging or manufacturing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
