Job Description:

Sintero is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead sales in the builder and hotel project segment. This is a strategic, B2B sales role for someone with a strong network and deep understanding of building material sales within the construction, real estate, and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for ceramic and sintered surface products by targeting builders, developers, hotel chains, and large commercial projects.
• Build and manage strong relationships with procurement heads, project managers, architects, and interior designers.
• Track upcoming hotel and hospitality projects, conduct site visits, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the premium surface segment.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams for sample dispatch, project customization, and client servicing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant B2B sales experience in ceramic tiles, sintered stone, or building materials.
• Strong background in dealing with builder liaisons, contractors, and hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage client relationships and project pipelines.
• Based in Bangalore with willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and site visits.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
