Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals. You will manage both marketing and sales teams, overseeing daily operations to drive growth and improve brand positioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategy and planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, policies, and action plans to meet business objectives. - Team management: Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing sales and marketing staff; monitoring their performance and contributions. - Market research and analysis: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay informed on market trends. - Sales operations: Overseeing sales activities, setting sales targets and quotas, managing the sales pipeline, and reporting on sales performance. - Marketing campaigns: Planning and overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness, and ensuring brand consistency. - Client relations: Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business. - Budget management: Managing the sales and marketing budget to ensure financial targets are met. In addition, the required skills for this role include: - Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions. - Analytical: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Organizational: Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple projects. - Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for growth and market competitiveness. - Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and manage multiple tasks. - Commercial awareness: Strong understanding of business and market dynamics.
