Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all phone calls (incoming & outgoing)
  • Coordinate with customers, visitors, and internal team
  • Handle office-related coordination smoothly


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Good communication in Gujarati & English (spoken & written)
  • Smart personality with good I.Q. and presence of mind
  • Punctual, polite, and responsible
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties and Front Office management
  • Proficiency in telephone etiquette and appointment scheduling
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
