Sales Operations Coordinator

As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end sales documentation, dispatch processes, and client coordination. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operational flow between the sales team, factory, and clients. Your focus will be on maintaining documentation accuracy, ensuring timely dispatch, and conducting effective follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Consent Letters and share them with relevant parties. - Draft and send Proforma Invoices to clients accurately and within specified timelines. - Maintain communication and follow-up with sales parties to ensure order clarity. - Coordinate with the factory team to manage dispatch schedules efficiently. - Ensure timely collection of C Forms and maintain compliance with regulations. - Handle business correspondence and letter drafting in a professional manner. - Prepare and manage Export Invoice documentation along with related records. - Maintain and reconcile sales data with consent documentation effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, dispatch, or export documentation (MANDATORY). - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Strong command over spoken and written English. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to follow up diligently. - Capability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. - Present a well-groomed professional demeanor at all times.,
