Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Execute complete sales & procurement process cycle in the system, i.e. prepare sales quotation & costing in CRM, register customer orders in ERP, process suppliers orders in ERP, monitor stock availability, issue delivery instructions to supply chain, submit invoices to customers, f/up payments & record receipts etc.

  • Serve as the focal point of contact for the customers, suppliers & internal parties (sales, support, supply chain, finance etc.) regarding all the post-order progress.

  • Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to track KPIs and provide visibility into the open sales orders & projects.
  • Analyze ageing stock & receivables, then manage updated records and agreed plan of actions.

  • Exposure to prequalification & new vendor registration process, initiate new customer & supplier registration process in ERP.

  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly sales performance reports (e.g., pipeline analysis, activity metrics, conversion rates).

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in English is an essential prerequisite.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, post-sales support, or business operations role.

  • ERP & CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with a major ERP/CRM platform.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) is required.

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

  • Problem-Solver: A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and solving problems.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to a non-technical audience.

  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a customer-service mindset focused on enabling the sales team's success.
