Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Coordinator located in Ambernath. The Sales Operations Coordinator will handle day-to-day sales operations, provide customer service, communicate with clients, Make Technical Offers, follow up and support the sales team. The role involves managing sales processes, working with sales data, resolving issues and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks Prepare and manage technical offers, quotations, and sales documentation Maintain accurate sales data using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and production teams Monitor sales progress and provide updates to management Assist in planning and executing sales strategies and targets Resolve client queries and ensure exceptional customer service Manage order processing, documentation, and after-sales coordination Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for review. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in customer service, sales operations, or similar roles Industrial or manufacturing industry background preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Collaborative team approach and problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM familiarity is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
