Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all Salesforce records. - Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team for Salesforce-related activities. - Assist in troubleshooting Salesforce issues and coordinate with the development team for enhancements or fixes. - Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support sales forecasting, performance tracking, and decision-making. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve system usability. - Maintain data hygiene and enforce best practices within Salesforce.
