We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team and enhance the overall efficiency of our operations. In this role, you will work closely with sales representatives, management, and customer support teams to streamline processes, manage data, and optimize our CRM tools. The ideal candi will possess a strong foundation in sales operations, a passion for customer support, and an eagerness to contribute to our teams success.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to support daily operations and processes, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices. - Manage and maintain data within the CRM tool, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate informed ision-making. - Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analytics, providing actionable insights to help drive sales strategies and performance. - Support customer support operations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high standard of customer isfaction. - Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations and contribute to the implementation of solutions. - Provide training and support to new team members on CRM tools and sales processes. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuity across sales, keting, and customer support. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales operations, customer support operations, or related fields. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a strong aptitude for data management. - Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and metrics. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, keting, or a related field. - Experience in a sales operations role within a similar industry. - Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
