Job Description Position: Area Manager - Dealer Development. Role holder will be responsible for Dealer Development in region by recommending markets for expanding dealer operations, monitor dealer performance, & handhold new dealers in system. Key Deliverables Plan Network strategy for the region by way of finding growth opportunity and benchmarking competition Ensure dealers Performance by way of handholding of the network Engage and build capability of dealers and ensure minimum dealer attrition Ensure the processes, enablers availability and CIP norms adherence at all dealerships Recruit DSP (Dealer Sales Person) as per norm and develop capability of DSP through various initiative of the company Ensure Productivity of dealer manpower and minimize the attrition Keep track of competition strategy and bench mark industry best practices Skill Set Have sound knowledge of Finance (Viability/Profitability etc) Strong communication and negotiation skills Have good analytical and presentation skills Strong team player Candidate Specifications An Engineering graduate with 10-16 years in the Auto / Tractor industry.
