Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the Record to Report processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. - Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial reporting and analysis. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the R2R function. - Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the R2R process. - Develop and maintain financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and financial trends. - Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
