Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce

  • 1 to 5 years’ experience in handling Record To Report (RTR) activities

  • Good domain knowledge and communication skills

  • Proficiency in SAP ERP

  • MS Office proficient (Excel knowledge is a must)

  • Experience with Blackline Recon Tool

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with quick turnaround

  • Creative thinking, proactive approach, and self-motivation

  • Must be flexible to work in all shifts


Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Experience in preparing balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany and GRIR reconciliation

  • Hands-on experience with month-end activities including journal entries (e.g., accruals, provisions) and reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

  • Preparation of SLA reports

  • Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines
