Key Responsibilities:

• Passing Journal Entries and Ledger Postings
• Accounting to Fixed Assets transfer
• Thorough working knowledge of Lease Accounting
• Preparation of balance sheet recons
• Working of Tax Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliations
• Passing Intercompany Accounting entries
• Experience in F&A - GL activities
• Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements
• Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
• Should have managed the team of 10+ team members
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Interaction with the client - Governance calls
• Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
